Principal Broker

Bryan is Principal Broker & Licensed REALTOR® with EXIT Heritage Realty in Haymarket, Virginia. He has been selling real estate full time since March 2002 when he joined his mother Cheryl, who has been licensed since 1980. They opened Heritage Realty of Haymarket in September 2003 and in August 2006 the joined EXIT Realty, as franchise owners. We converted Heritage Realty of Haymarket into EXIT Heritage Realty, now one of the fastest growing real estate firms in the region.


As a long time resident of Haymarket and over sixteen years of real estate experience in the area, Bryan knows the area well. He lives in town with his wife and two children. They enjoy the small town community lifestyle – strolls to Cupcake Heaven, Haymarket Day and Cookies & Cream on warm summer nights. I am proud to share information about this community to potential buyers and out-of-town real estate agents.

Listing Manager

Melissa Vahdati is an award winning, full time Realtor® who enjoys making the clients dreams a reality. A long time resident of Gainesville, Melissa earned her Real Estate License in 2008 and her Brokers license in 2013. She has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents in the country to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. 


Melissa is originally from Ohio and has earned a bachelor degree from the Ohio State University and believes that REALTORS have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection that her clients deserve. She is a also a licensed Real Estate Instructor and teaches Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Licensing for Mosley Real Estate School.


Melissa works with Sellers from contract to closing to ensure no detail is overlooked. With her years of real estate experience, including her role as a licensed real estate instructor, she knows the entire process inside and out. Sellers are in good hands with Melissa. 


Buyer Specialist

LuAnn Seeley is celebrating 20 years of real estate service and loves working with Buyers! First-time home buyers or seasoned sellers can rely on LuAnn to help them find their dream home. Her broad knowledge of the area and her lively personality assure a pleasant and successful transaction.


Marketing Manager

Cathy is a former Realtor® with a creative background in graphic design, photography and marketing. She has 30 years experience working as a Communications Specialist with an expertise in editorial design, corporate identity, advertising, fundraising, web and blogging.


She works with The Garcia Real Estate Group on marketing the group and EXIT Heritage brand. Cathy is also responsible for marketing agency news, properties and events. She manages the website and production of Haymarket Homeowner – a blog and print publication that mails to over 9000 Haymarket residents.
